Innosilicon's independently developed IGBT power module was successfully installed on the vehicle

The GFM platform 750V/820A IGBT power module independently developed by Innosilicon has been successfully applied to the main drive controller of Haval Xiaolong MAX new energy vehicles. The module supports 80kW-200kW power levels and plans to gradually achieve batch installation and mass production.
