Innosilicon Wuxi factory's first production line is put into operation

Since the foundation of Innosilicon Wuxi Factory was laid in February 2023, it took 8 months to complete the main construction, and the first production line was put into operation on October 28, 2023. The factory plans to produce 1.2 million sets of automotive-grade modules annually. The products include power semiconductor modules, discrete devices, etc., which are mainly used in new energy vehicles, new energy green electricity, charging piles, energy storage and other fields. After the project reaches full production, it is expected to have annual sales of 1.5 billion yuan and annual tax payments of 100 million yuan.
