Tesla's supercharging station construction in mainland China

Tesla has built more than 1,900 Supercharger stations and more than 700 destination charging stations in mainland China, with more than 11,000 supercharging piles. Tesla's supercharging network has covered all provincial capitals and municipalities in the mainland, enabling it to achieve sales in second- and third-tier cities. However, unlike other domestic automakers, Tesla's supercharging network was previously only available to its own models, and it was not until 2021 that it began to trial the opening of some supercharging stations to the public in the Chinese market.
