Tenneco's five Chinese plants receive P3 Bronze Qualification Awards, demonstrating its leadership in automotive parts

Tenneco's five plants in China have recently won the P3 Bronze Qualification Award, becoming the first plants in the world to receive this honor. The five plants are located in Qingdao and Chengdu plants of the Air Purification Division, Shanghai Bearing and Qingdao Piston Plants of the Powertrain Division, and Changzhou Plant of the Monroe Driving Solutions Business. P3 is Tenneco's new operating system standard, which aims to improve its manufacturing level worldwide. After a comprehensive assessment, the five plants were confirmed to have successfully implemented the P3 system and created best practice cases that can be promoted to the entire group.
