Harmony Auto acquires all BYD store assets in Hong Kong from Lianda Auto

China Harmony Automobile Holdings Limited announced that it has signed an asset transfer agreement to acquire BYD-related store assets from Lianda Automotive Co., Ltd. for HK$150 million. After this transaction, Harmony Automobile will fully operate BYD's passenger car business in Hong Kong.
