SAIC Motor and Audi cooperate to develop electric vehicles and promote electrification transformation

SAIC Motor and Audi have officially signed a cooperation agreement to jointly develop electric vehicles. This move is related to the needs of SAIC Motor and Audi brand in terms of electrification transformation. As a luxury brand under Volkswagen Group, Audi does not have its own electric platform. Its electric vehicles all use the four electric vehicle platforms shared by Volkswagen Group brands. Currently, Audi's new energy vehicle sales in China are not outstanding, but through cooperation with SAIC Motor, Audi will further expand its pure electric vehicle product lineup in China.
