Polestar obtains $950 million three-year financing

Polestar announced that it has obtained a three-year financing line of US$950 million, and the lender has agreed to exempt it from the responsibility of delaying the submission of the company's annual report. Polestar said it will make every effort to restore compliance and meet all Nasdaq listing requirements.
