On November 26, Changzhou Yinxin Micro Power Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yinxin Micro") officially opened its new module foundry in Xinbei District, Changzhou on October 23. The core business of the factory focuses on the research and development and production of IGBT power modules and SiC power modules, covering the packaging of various types of IGBT modules. The factory is planned to cover an area of ​​about 4,000 square meters, with an estimated monthly production capacity of 200,000 units.
