New Energy Bank Signs Tax Reduction Agreement with Louisiana State Government

New Energy's US subsidiary signed a Tax Relief Agreement with the Louisiana state government. According to the agreement, Louisiana will provide partial tax relief for New Energy's projects for up to 10 years, with a total value of approximately US$71.3 million.
