Den 26. april blev Kexin Microelectronics Chip Design Headquarters-projektet officielt underskrevet i Qingdao Integrated Circuit Industrial Park. Projektet er investeret og konstrueret af Qingdao Kexin Microelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. med en samlet investering på 900 millioner yuan.
