Huizhi Microelectronics launches large-scale layoffs plan

Huizhi Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huizhi Micro), a well-known domestic RF chip listed company, recently launched a large-scale layoff plan, which attracted the attention of the industry. It is reported that Huizhi Micro began to lay off employees in its Shanghai branch on November 25, and the Guangzhou branch will follow suit. The layoffs are mainly aimed at R&D personnel, and the layoff ratio is expected to be as high as 40%. The compensation plan is implemented according to the "N+1" standard.
