Silan Microelectronics announces postponement of chip production line project to 2026

Silan Microelectronics recently announced that it will extend the use date of the "Annual Production of 360,000 12-inch Chip Production Line Project" and "Automotive Semiconductor Packaging Project (Phase I)" issued to specific objects in 2023 to December 2026. The project was originally planned to invest 4.96 billion yuan, and the net amount after deducting underwriting and sponsorship fees was 4.913 billion yuan. The reasons for the extension include factors such as the time for project funds to be in place, industry development, market competition, and supporting construction of IDM enterprise production lines.
