On November 23, 2024, Changzhou Yinxin Micropower Semiconductor Co., Ltd. officially opened its new module foundry in Xinbei District, Changzhou. The factory was jointly invested and built by the Xinbei District Government of Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, Changzhou Galaxy Century Microelectronics Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Luxin Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. The main business of the factory is the research and development and production of IGBT power modules and SiC power modules, with an estimated monthly production capacity of 200,000 units.
