Yilong Energy and SPAC TMT Acquisition Corp complete merger transaction

Yilong Energy successfully completed a merger transaction with the US special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) TMT Acquisition Corp. and was officially listed on the Nasdaq on November 22 with the stock code "ELPW". This merger transaction enabled Yilong Energy's operating entity, Yipeng Energy, to debut in the US capital market.
