CATL and China New Aviation Technology's patent litigation lasted for three years, with both sides winning and losing

CATL and Sinotruk have won and lost in patent lawsuits over the past three years. So far, CATL has won two and lost two of the five patent infringement lawsuits between the two parties, and the other has not yet been decided. CATL was awarded 2.96 million yuan in compensation in one of the cases it won.
