Xiamen Silan Minggai SiC power device production line passed environmental protection acceptance

Xiamen Silan Mingga SiC power device production line construction project has passed the environmental protection acceptance inspection. The total investment of the project is 1.5 billion yuan, and it mainly produces MOSFET chips and SBD chips, with an annual output of 288,000 pieces respectively. It is expected to start trial operation in June 2024.
