China Micro and Xinlian Integrated Circuit each invested in a new company

Following Macro Micro Technology and Tuojing Technology, AMEC and Xinlian Integrated Circuit also invested in and established new companies. AMD Semiconductor Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was established on November 22, with Yin Zhiyao, chairman of AMEC, as the legal representative, and the registered capital is RMB 42.5 million. Another company is Shaoxing Jiaohui Pioneer Integrated Circuit Equity Investment Fund Partnership, which was established on November 14 with a capital contribution of RMB 620 million. Xinlian Integrated Circuit invested 9.9677% and became the second largest shareholder.
