Xinlian Integrated Circuit cooperates with Ledao to supply high-performance silicon carbide modules

The first model of NIO's new brand Ledao, Ledao L60, was recently launched. The model adopts a full-range 900V high-voltage platform architecture and is equipped with NIO's self-developed 1200V silicon carbide power modules. These modules integrate the high-performance silicon carbide module manufacturing technology provided by Xinlian Integration, which not only improves the efficiency and stability of the power system, but also reduces energy consumption and increases the cruising range of L60.
