Eaton acquires UK-based Exertherm to expand thermal monitoring solutions business

Recently, intelligent power management company Eaton (NYSE:ETN) announced the completion of its acquisition of British private company Exertherm. Exertherm focuses on thermal monitoring solutions for electrical equipment, especially in data centers and other fields. Through this acquisition, Eaton will integrate Exertherm's thermal monitoring technology into the Brightlayer software suite to help customers optimize operations and improve business performance.
