The Sichuan Provincial Development and Reform Commission recently issued the "Sichuan Province Renewable Resources Recycling and Utilization Action Plan", which emphasizes that in power battery industry clusters, such as Chengdu, Suining, Yibin, Meishan and other places, enterprises are encouraged to increase the research and development and innovation of waste power battery recycling technology. At the same time, the plan also proposes to increase the introduction of leading domestic and foreign waste power battery recycling companies and guide social capital to participate in power battery recycling. In addition, the plan also supports new energy vehicle manufacturers and related companies to cooperate in the disassembly, sale, cascade utilization and recycling of power batteries.
