According to data released by South Korean research institution SNE Research, the installed capacity of electric vehicle power batteries sold globally (excluding China) from January to September 2024 is about 258.7GWh, a year-on-year increase of 12.5%. Among the top 10 companies, CATL, LGES, SK On, Panasonic, Samsung SDI, BYD, PPES, Sinotruk, Tesla, and Farasis Energy are on the list.
