Several Korean manufacturers promote the commercialization of GaN foundry services

In addition to DB Hitech, many Korean manufacturers such as Samsung Electronics and Key Foundry are also promoting the commercialization of GaN foundry services. These companies have purchased metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) equipment from Aixtron, and Samsung Electronics plans to start full-scale mass production of gallium nitride semiconductors from next year.
