Companies with more than 50% R&D personnel

Among the 196 listed Chinese chip companies, 74 have R&D personnel accounting for more than 50% of their total employees, and 13 of them have more than 80%. These companies include Haiguang Information, Aojie Technology, and VeriSilicon.
