According to a former Great Wall Motors employee, Great Wall Motors maliciously laid off hundreds of employees through non-consensual job transfers and salary cuts. The HR department transferred employees from technical positions to warehouse management positions, and their salaries were also significantly reduced, on the grounds that "the three performance evaluation results in the past year were D, which was considered incompetent for the current position requirements."
