Nvidia releases first quarter financial report for fiscal year 2025, with significant growth in revenue and net profit

Nvidia recently released its financial report for the first fiscal quarter of fiscal year 2025. The report showed that revenue for the quarter was US$26.044 billion, a year-on-year increase of 262%; net profit was US$14.881 billion, a year-on-year increase of 628%. The sales growth of the data center segment was particularly significant, reaching US$22.6 billion, a year-on-year increase of 427%. This performance pushed Nvidia's stock price up more than 7% after hours, exceeding $1,000 per share.
