Toyota and BYD joint venture adopts Huawei MDC computing platform and Momenta software algorithms

BYD Toyota Electric Vehicle Technology (BTET), a joint venture between Toyota and BYD, will use Huawei's MDC computing platform and Momenta software algorithm solutions to mass-produce advanced intelligent driving functions. The joint venture is headquartered in Pingshan, Shenzhen, and is expected to help improve Toyota's competitiveness in the Chinese market.
