Archimedes Semiconductor (Hefei) Co., Ltd.'s SiC/IGBT manufacturing line completes mass production

So far, Archimedes Semiconductor (Hefei) Co., Ltd. has successfully established three SiC/IGBT manufacturing production lines and has completed mass production. At present, the company has the production capacity of 600,000 automotive-grade modules, 800,000 photovoltaic storage modules, and 12 million discrete devices per year. In addition, the production line with an annual output of 500,000 SiC plastic-encapsulated modules (including DCM, TPAK, and DSC) has also completed mass production.
