HBM3E/HBM4 leads the new trend in storage industry

HBM memory has become a popular product in the current storage industry. TSMC uses N12FFC+ and N5 process technologies to produce HBM4 basic bare chips to meet market demand. The three major storage manufacturers, SK Hynix, Samsung and Micron, also stated that HBM production capacity has been sold out in the past two years. In order to meet demand, Samsung and SK Hynix converted some DRAM production lines to HBM production lines. With the advancement of HBM3E and HBM4, the storage industry ecosystem is changing.
