AST and Cissoid successfully delivered a new batch of silicon carbide power modules

Recently, AST and Cissoid successfully delivered a batch of new silicon carbide power modules. This delivery is based on Cissoid's high recognition of AST's product strength and innovation. Since the two parties established a strategic partnership in 2019, AST's automotive-grade silicon carbide module production base has completed IATF16949 automotive-grade certification, using advanced silver sintering production technology, and is able to produce a full range of silicon carbide power modules with a maximum current of up to 2000A.
