Use of funds raised from issuance to specific objects

The company completed the issuance of 89,425,005 ordinary shares in RMB to 17 specific objects, and raised a net amount of RMB 911 million, which will be mainly used for the expansion and upgrading project of Ningbo Xinrong film capacitor, the construction project of China Electric Huarui R&D Center and the replenishment of working capital.
