Naxin Micro releases new integrated current sensor chip NSM2311

Recently, Naxinwei launched a new integrated current sensor chip NSM2311, which has high isolation characteristics and excellent current carrying capacity, and is suitable for a variety of scenarios such as energy storage, charging piles, power supplies (UPS, etc.). The primary impedance of this chip is as low as 100uΩ, and the maximum continuous current carrying capacity can reach 200A, which meets the AECQ-100 reliability standard. NSM2311 can work stably in a wide temperature range of -40~150℃, and has a creepage distance of 6.9mm, and meets the UL standard of 5000Vrms isolation withstand voltage, ensuring reliable current monitoring and control in various extreme environments.
