Inovance recently launched a new generation of 6.6 kW GaN two-in-one vehicle power supply products, integrating an on-board charger (OBC) and an on-board DC converter (DCDC). This product has a charging efficiency of up to 96% and a power density of 4.8 kW/L, which is the leading technology in the industry.
