Haiju New Energy and Clou Electronics reached a long-term strategic cooperation

Shanghai Juxin Haiju New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. ("Haiju New Energy") and Shenzhen Kelu Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. ("Kelu Electronics"), a subsidiary of Midea Group, signed a long-term strategic cooperation agreement on May 22. The two parties will carry out in-depth cooperation in the field of energy storage based on the principles of equality, mutual benefit, complementary advantages and resource sharing, integrate multiple resources such as funds, products, technology, channels and services, give full play to their respective professional advantages, and promote the green and low-carbon transformation of energy. In the future, the two parties will focus on Midea factories across the country and provinces with peak-valley price differences with investment returns, and cooperate in industrial and commercial photovoltaic/energy storage projects, with an annual cooperation scale of more than 300MWh.
