TSMC's 3nm process capacity will triple this year, but demand still exceeds supply

TSMC plans to triple its 3nm process capacity this year to meet market demand. However, even with a significant increase in capacity, demand for the 3nm process still far exceeds supply. TSMC also plans to build seven new factories at home and abroad this year, including advanced process, advanced packaging and mature process factories, to meet customer needs.
