China's automobile exports hit a new high in 2024, with Chery and BYD performing well

From January to April 2024, China's automobile exports reached 1.827 million units, a year-on-year increase of 33.4%, exceeding the growth rate of domestic sales. Chery ranked first with sales of 272,100 units, and models such as Tiggo 7 and Tiggo 5X performed well. BYD surpassed Tesla with 138,800 units, ranking third, a year-on-year increase of 157.4%. Other brands such as Geely, Changan, Haval, etc. also performed well.
