Swiss Autoneum Holding Group acquires 70% stake in Jiangsu Huanyu Group

Swiss Autoneum holding group Autoneum has signed an agreement to acquire 70% of Jiangsu Huanyu Group, China's leading supplier of automotive acoustics and thermal management. The acquisition will expand Autoneum's Asian business group's customer base to include major Chinese automakers such as BYD, BAIC and GAC, while also significantly increasing its annual revenue. The transaction is expected to be completed in March 2025.
