The administrative penalty decision published on the official website of the China Securities Regulatory Commission on April 30 showed that due to violations of restrictive provisions in the transfer of China National Titanium Dioxide (002145.SZ)'s 2023 private placement of shares, illegal information disclosure and other illegal and irregular acts, China National Titanium Dioxide's actual controller Wang Zelun and his friend Hong Haowei, China National Titanium Dioxide's former secretary Han Yuchen, CITIC Securities, Haitong Securities and CITIC CSI were fined a total of 235 million yuan, of which Wang Zelun was fined 133 million yuan.
