Toshiba completes construction of 12-inch power semiconductor manufacturing plant and office building

Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage Corporation (TOSHIBA) of Japan announced that its 12-inch power semiconductor manufacturing plant and office building have been officially completed. Currently, the wafer fab is installing related equipment and strives to start mass production in the second half of fiscal 2024. By then, Toshiba's power semiconductor production capacity is expected to reach 2.5 times the capacity in fiscal 2021.
