Lisheng, a subsidiary of Luxshare Precision, and Desay are jointly responsible for the Ideal Auto domain control project. The company won this OEM business with a bid 20% lower than Desay SV and a loss of hundreds of millions of yuan, hoping to make an instant success in the automotive market. In 2023, Luxshare Precision's automotive-related business revenue was 9.252 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 50.46%, which has become the company's new business growth point.
