Xiaomi's automatic parking function malfunctioned after upgrade

On October 30, Xiaomi Auto announced that it had updated the new version 1.4.0, in which the automatic parking function was upgraded. However, the upgraded function malfunctioned, causing the vehicle to lose control and crash during the automatic parking process. After the accident, car owners contacted Xiaomi customer service. On November 15, Xiaomi customer service admitted that it was a system bug that caused the abnormality of the automatic parking function. At present, Xiaomi officials have promised to bear all repair costs and provide a subsidy of 1,500 Xiaomi points (worth 150 yuan) per day during the repair period.
