Goodix Technology plans to acquire control of Yunyinggu Technology

Shenzhen Goodix Technology Co., Ltd. announced that they are planning to purchase the controlling stake of Yunyinggu Technology Co., Ltd. by issuing shares and paying cash. Preliminary estimates show that this transaction may not be identified as a major asset reorganization. In addition, Goodix Technology also intends to issue shares to raise matching funds.
