Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage Corporation announced that its 300mm wafer power semiconductor manufacturing plant and office building in Kaga, Japan has been completed. The plant will be used to produce power semiconductors such as MOSFET and IGBT. Mass production is expected to start in the second half of fiscal 2024, when production capacity will reach 2.5 times the investment plan in fiscal 2021.
