TSMC's 5nm capacity utilization rate remains high due to strong demand for AI chips

Due to strong demand for AI chips, TSMC's 5nm capacity utilization has remained strong. Although CoWoS capacity is expected to more than double year-on-year by the end of 2024, it still cannot meet customers' strong AI demand.
