Russia to develop lithography machine for producing 7-nanometer chips by 2028

The Institute of Applied Physics of the Veliky Novgorod Strategic Development Agency of Russia plans to develop a lithography machine that can produce 7-nanometer chips by 2028, which will enable its products to surpass similar products of the Dutch company ASML. This breakthrough will enable Russia to occupy a more advantageous position in the global semiconductor market.
