TSMC establishes mass production bases for 2nm process technology in Hsinchu and Kaohsiung

TSMC has established mass production bases for 2nm process technology in Hsinchu and Kaohsiung, and has gradually introduced equipment. The construction of these two bases will further enhance TSMC's production capacity in 2nm process technology.
