TSMC har etableret masseproduktionsbaser for 2nm procesteknologi i Hsinchu og Kaohsiung, og har gradvist introduceret udstyr. Konstruktionen af disse to baser vil yderligere forbedre TSMCs produktionskapacitet inden for 2nm procesteknologi.
