Xpeng Motors launches Kunpeng super electric system, including super range extension system

Xpeng Motors announced its new Kunpeng super electric system at AI Technology Day, which includes a super range-extending system. The system will use the next-generation range-extending technology to achieve seamless switching between pure electric and range-extending, with a pure electric range of up to 430km and a comprehensive range of more than 1,400km. Xpeng Motors' first range-extending vehicle is expected to be mass-produced in the second half of 2025, which will provide new impetus for its development in the global market.
