Beijing West Group revealed that Beijing West Group’s magnetorheological shock absorbers have made significant breakthroughs in the Chinese market and are expected to achieve mass production in the first half of next year. This product has received designated cooperation from 5 domestic mainstream automobile manufacturing companies. This shock absorber adopts a single-cylinder valveless design. Through the magnetic field generated by the electromagnetic coil, the magnetorheological fluid containing fine iron powder undergoes structural changes, thereby achieving precise adjustment of damping. Chen Weigang emphasized that although magnetorheological shock absorbers are not an emerging technology, Beijing West Group has become a leader in this field with its tens of millions of mass production experience in the European and American markets. He predicted that 2025 will be the first year of magnetorheological technology in China.
