Sanan Optoelectronics' 8-inch silicon carbide chip production line is about to go into production

Sanan Optoelectronics (600703.SH) revealed on the investor interaction platform that Hunan Sanan's silicon carbide supporting production capacity has reached 16,000 pieces/month, and the annual capacity will reach 360,000 pieces/year after future expansion. At present, 8-inch silicon carbide substrates have been shipped in small batches, and the 8-inch silicon carbide chip production line is being installed and debugged. Chongqing Sanan's substrate plant has been turned on at the end of August, and the current production capacity is 1,000 pieces/month. Sanan Optoelectronics will continue to promote the development of power electronics business to increase sales scale and profitability.
