Mitsubishi Electric and Aisin to establish electric vehicle parts joint venture

Mitsubishi Electric and auto parts supplier Aisin plan to establish a joint venture to focus on the development and production of electric vehicle parts, such as energy-saving inverters. Mitsubishi Electric will hold a majority stake in the new joint venture, and both parties will use their respective scale and expertise to improve R&D efficiency.
